This is new crop received November 2011 and is a very well graded, double hand sorted ripper! Fruit, Fruit and more Fruit! Especially the smell off the grinder. Not my cup of tea through milk because, well it tastes like tea! A bit bright and Jasmine dominates the cup. This one is for the short black crowd. Mango/apricot jam with a distinct Jasmine dry scent, when poured correctly as an espresso this bean will reward you with an outstanding cup. Forget the cupping crowd and tasting notes, you will be able to make your own and show it off to friends. It is not roasted into second crack at all and is also worth a try in the plunger/ French press.
